Benefits Plan

customer service to its Employees, and we are proud to boast that
this is perhaps our greatest benefit. We invite those evaluating
our services to review the
comments of our Employees.
Visium Resources TRULY CARES. That
should be most evident in everything we do and our Management feels
that sets us apart from our competition.
- Weekly Pay via Direct Deposit: Visium Resources prepares its
payroll locally, utilizing direct deposit and pays its Employees on
a weekly basis. This means that there is never late pay checks and
eliminates any potential worries on the Employees’ part regarding
timely pay.
- Flexible Disbursement: Visium will allow multiple account
disbursements of the weekly payroll, so Checking, Savings and
Investment accounts can have automatic disbursements.

 Health
Insurance (group rates): Employees may elect to take advantage of
the before tax savings of our group health insurance which is
currently United HealthCare. There are two plans to choose from, the Definity-HSA Plan and the ChoicePlus PPO Plan. Eligibility begins on
the first day of the next month after joining Visium.
- Dental
Insurance (group rates):
Employees may elect to take advantage of the
before tax savings of our group Dental insurance, which is currently
United HealthCare Dental. Eligibility begins on the first day of the
next month, after joining Visium.
- 401K Plan:
Visium Resources maintains a qualified 401K plan, for retirement
investment and tax savings. Eligibility is immediate and
disbursements can be made in any amount desired, up to the maximum
per year.
